How much video can I have edited?
We currently limit 20 gigs, which should be more than enough even on 4k or HD quality.
What if I have over 20 gigs of video?
As much as we would like to accommodate ALL video, we have a max upload of 20 gigs. Sadly, some of your video will have to be left behind so pick the best 20 gigs you have.
What is the best video to upload?
Depending on your trip, adventure, or personal taste we recommend looking at some of our other videos for ideas. Each video is unique to you so be creative!
After I pay for it, what do I do?
We will send you a secure DropBox link. Simply upload your files and then we take care of the rest.
How does the editing work?
We have a team of professional editors that will take the most important parts of your videos and edit it down to a few minutes. Think of it as your own personal movie trailer.
When do I get my video back?
We have our editors working 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No, just kidding they have to sleep some time. We try to have our video back within 5-7 business days.
How do I get my video back?
We will send it back to you in another secure link that you can share with friends via social media and/or download. We recommend sharing it to make everyone jealous of your awesome time.
What if I don’t like my video?
In the rare case that you aren’t completely satisfied, we offer a 100% money back guarantee. If you don’t like your video we can either re-work it for you or give your money back.
